Assam, "land of Blue Hills and Red River," boasts a vibrant tapestry of cultures. Nestled in India's northeast, Assam is a state brimming with beauty and diversity. Witness Satriya dance, a classical marvel, and savor unique cuisine with a distinct citrusy punch. Explore vibrant festivals like Bihu, celebrating harvest and spring, and discover rich craft traditions like Muga silk weaving.
The intent was to design a mandala based on Assam's rich culture, art, food, textiles, and scenery, as well as the state's unique color palette.

Tranformable street furniture: Interventions for Juvenile beggars
Timeline: 3 Days
A transformable street furniture designed specifically for children living on the streets. Inspired by the joyous spirit of hula hoops.
CONCEPT: The semicircular structure can be effortlessly pulled down, transforming into comfortable seating arrangements, providing an inviting space for pedestrians to relax and socialize. When in its upright position, the semicircle extends vertically, forming an elegant shade structure. This feature offers a respite from the sun, creating a cool and shaded area for people to escape the heat.
