Important Dates for PG Admission 2025(Special Round):

25th July, 2025 - Date of opening of online applications and fee payment.
02nd August, 2025 - Date of closing of applications.
05th August, 2025 - Display of list of eligible applicants for interaction.
11th and 12th August, 2025 - Physical interaction (interview, portfolio assessment, group discussions, essay writing on specific topic, SoP, exam etc., at SPA Bhopal.
14th August, 2025 - Announcement of the Result / Display of the Merit List.
18th to 20th August, 2025 - Physical Document Verification (in person at SPA Bhopal) and Commencement of classes.

General Instructions for PG Admission -2025 (Special Round):

Application fee is ₹3,000/- (Non-refundable), for Indian Nationals. For reserved categories SC, ST, and PwD categories, the Application fee is ₹1500/- (Nonrefundable).
Candidate can exercise any number of choices based on eligibility for the course applied for in any of the Institutions.
Admission to Post Graduate Degree Courses against Kashmiri Migrant Reserved Seats as per the rules over and above the total number of PG seats of SPA Bhopal.
5% seats are reserved for persons with benchmark disabilities on horizontal basis. These shall be adjusted against the respective reservations for OG, SC, ST, EWS and OBC (NCL) Categories as per provision for PwD reservations, Government of India.
SPA Bhopal reserves the right to give admissions up to 10% of the intake as supernumerary seats.
GATE/UGC-NET qualified and CEED qualified candidates having valid Score Card shall be eligible for the scholarship.
SPA Bhopal reserves the right to reject/cancel any application without assigning any reason.
All dates mentioned may subject to change.
Candidates in final year may submit marksheet / transcript/ grade sheet till the prefinal year. In such cases, all admissions shall be provisional subject to the fulfillment of the eligibility criteria after receiving the final result in the qualifying examination.
